Open Diag-ML is a human-readable, open format, based on XML. The format represents a superset of information, providing enough knowledge to re-reason diagnostic conclusions from the tests.

	AIMSS Supports Diag-ML Raytheon imports Diag-ML from eXpress and exports to AIMSS for static or Run-Time Diagnostics via a class V IETM.
	ReasonPro Supports Diag-ML Impact Technologies imports Diag-ML from eXpress and exports it to ReasonPro for Prognostic Health Management Reasoning.
	TestBase Extends Diag-ML TYX's TestBase product uses Diag-ML natively, including the transfer of diagnostic information the TRDs.
	NASA Utilizes Diag-ML NASA required a diagnostic transfer format from eXpress to JPL's BEAM/SHINE tool, and successfully used Diag-ML.
